Just Tell Me What To Do

Everyone

  1. Register for the convention by mailing the completed Spring Registration Form to the address shown at the bottom of the form, along with your check.
  2. Register for a room at the hotel. The telephone number and special code is on the above form.
  3. Plan your travel and arrival time to include the Harmony For Lunch Bunch and the many classes offered Friday afternoon.
  4. If you are competing, see the column to the right.

Contestants

  1. Quartet contacts and Northeast Division chorus managers and quartets must register on the society eBusiness website. After logging in click on the heading Contest Entry on the top right and follow the instructions.
  2. Be sure that every contestant is a member of the society. Quartets must also be registered quartets.
  3. Be sure that every contestant has registered for the convention.

High School quartets

  1. Once you register for the High School Quartet contest you receive a free registration to the whole convention. So does your Music educator.
  2. To register go to the High School Quartet Contest Website where you will find all the information and the online registration form. Note that the website may not be updated for 2010. Keep checking back if not.
  3. There is no charge for the audience at the High School Quartet Contest and it is open seating. All reserved seats are cancelled for this one event. Come early and sit up front.
  4. Plan on staying late into Saturday night. There will be a youth afterglow where you will meet and get to sing with the top quartets of the Far Western District.
